Kanchipuram Idli is a fermented rice & urad batter with lentils, nuts, spices, herbs and spoon ful of cold pressed oil. Makes tasty and yumm idli.

Make like regular idli in a steamer, you can also use various shaps using leaved, tumbler, bowls etc. 

Pairs great with Coconut chutney or other chuttneys
